Nutcrackers are excellent devices for cracking walnuts. The principle of their operation is based on cracking the walnut shell using pressure. In this way, the nut is cracked during compression between a shaft and a plate.

The "butterfly" yield is up to 70%. Productivity depends on the model you choose. It is not necessary to calibrate the nuts. However, keep in mind that when using any nutcracker without a calibrator, sorting the nuts will improve the quality of the equipment's performance.
