Warranty and Return Policy
Right to Withdraw from the Product
You have the right to withdraw from the product within 14 days without giving a reason.
The period begins on the day the consumer or a person designated by them received the product.
Return Conditions:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The return must be coordinated with our support service.
The return shipping cost is paid by the buyer. The cost is determined by the delivery service tariffs used for the return, such as DHL, DPD, UPS, or Österreichische Post.
Return Due to Defect:
If the received product has a defect or does not match the order, you may request repair, exchange, or a refund.
In such a case, FermX will cover the return shipping cost and perform free repair or replacement of the product as per the buyer's preference.

Order number
Date of purchase
Reason for return or exchange
Refunds:
Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and its condition is checked.
Refunds will be made within 7 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Return Shipping Cost:
In case of return related to a product defect or our error, FermX covers the shipping costs.
If the client returns the product for other reasons, the buyer pays for the shipping. The cost is determined by the tariffs of the delivery service used for the return, such as DHL, DPD, UPS, or Österreichische Post.
Warranty:
The warranty is 24 months from the date of purchase in accordance with EU legislation.
It covers manufacturing or material defects not caused by improper use.
The warranty card is included in the packaging with the product.
The warranty does not cover consumables and parts with a limited service life.
