MLG-500 Pellet Production Lines
The MLG series includes several milling lines that differ in equipment configuration and pelletizer power. The MLG-500 is available in two versions: MLG-500 COMBI and MLG-500 MAX. Customers who want to buy an MLG pellet line should choose the configuration according to the raw material, required output, and intended product.
The main difference between the two versions is the intake hopper. MLG-500 MAX is better suited to feed pellet production, while MLG-500 COMBI is optimized for fuel pellets from suitable biomass. Both versions are designed to combine the main processing stages in one compact system.
Equipment and configuration
The MLG-500 feed pellet line includes the core components required for stable production:
Intake hopper for prepared raw material.
GRAND 200 pelletizer for pellet formation.
Cooling and calibration hopper for finished pellets.
Exhaust system for dust and air removal.
Moisture system for adjusting the material before pelletizing.
The line can also be equipped with the SA-400 drying complex and the TL-500 belt conveyor. These options help improve raw-material preparation, automate material movement, and adapt the system to longer production cycles.
