Disintegrators

Disintegrators of the 200/300/400 series are high-performance equipment for ultra-fine grinding of natural and synthetic materials with a hardness of up to 4 on the Mohs scale. With high-speed finger discs (3000 rpm), they ensure effective crushing of raw materials into fractions of 20-200 µm.

These disintegrators are used for processing mineral substances (chalk, limestone, gypsum), food products (sugar, spices, flour), feed components (grain, bone meal), as well as technical materials (glass, plastic, catalysts). They are equipped with electric motors of 8 or 11 kW, allowing their performance to be adapted to the customer's needs.

The design of the models is unified, with differences in the cyclone options. These disintegrators combine high efficiency, durability, and versatility, making the grinding process as precise and stable as possible.
