Operating principle:
The principle of operation is very simple — adjust the machine to the nut size, start the motor, and pour the nuts into the hopper. As the shaft rotates, the nut shell cracks, forming a groove that grips the nut and presses it against a metal guide inside the mechanism. With continued rotation, the shell splits, and the nut falls into the container. The grooves on the shaft are designed to gently separate the nut from the shell without damaging the kernel.
