MLG-1000 Pellet Production Lines
The MLG-1000 feed and fuel pellet line is available in two versions: MLG-1000 COMBI and MLG-1000 MAX. Customers who want to buy an MLG-1000 pellet line should choose the configuration according to the raw material, required output, and intended product.
The main difference between the two versions is the intake hopper. MLG-1000 MAX is focused on animal feed pellet production, while MLG-1000 COMBI is better suited to fuel pellets made from compatible biomass. Both versions combine the main processing stages in one production system.
Equipment and configuration
The MLG-1000 pellet line includes the components required for stable operation:
- Intake hopper for prepared raw material.
- GRAND 300 pelletizer for forming uniform pellets.
- Cooling and calibration hopper for finished products.
- Exhaust system for removing dust and excess air.
- Moisture system for adjusting the material before pelletizing.
The line can also be equipped with the SA-400 drying complex and TL-1000 belt conveyors. These options improve raw-material preparation, automate movement between production stages, and adapt the system to longer operating cycles.
