The Nut Cracker GRK-200 from FermX is a medium-sized device designed for cracking nuts both at home and at work. Thanks to its flexible settings, this nut cracker can be easily adjusted to crack walnuts of different sizes. The machine can process up to 200 kg/h, making it ideal for both domestic and commercial use. It delivers a high-quality output with a yield of up to 60% whole halves.

The well-thought-out design and easy adjustment system allow you to configure the machine to crack nuts of any size without the need for pre-sorting. The built-in handle enables you to increase or decrease the gap between the shaft and the sliding plate, depending on the nut size.

Operating principle:
The operation is simple — adjust the machine to the nut size and start the motor to fill the hopper. When the shaft rotates, the nut shell cracks as it’s pressed gently against the metal shutter. As the shaft continues to rotate, the nut shell splits, and the nut drops into the container. The slot along the shaft is precisely engineered to crack the shell gently and prevent kernel damage.
