MLG-500 MAX 21 kW / feed granulation line

The MLG-500 Max granulating line is a kind of MLG series. This configuration differs slightly from the analog COMBI/COMBI+/MAX+ version in that it is equipped with a horizontal vortex mixer for feeding. The raw material is fed to the GRAND-200 granulator press using a frequency converter, which allows you to control the feeding of the raw material to the granulator's hopper.

Horizontal Vortex Mixer for Feed:
Designed for preparing high-concentration mixtures, feed, and other loose products with high uniformity of mixed ingredients up to 95%.

Humidification System:
The main elements of the humidification system are electromagnetic valves, pumps, water tanks with a capacity of 200 liters, and a time relay. The system is connected to a feed screw that allows the biomass to be transferred to the granulator in a timely manner to add the required amount of moisture. Power consumption is 0.37 kW.

Reliable GRAND-200 Granulator:
The pelletizing press is designed for pelleting sawdust, feed, sunflower waste, hay, straw, and other materials.

BKO-100 Calibrator-Cooler for Ready Granules:
The device performs the function of pre-cooling the product because it heats up even during pressing. In addition, this device uses a special drum to filter dust and uneven granules. Power consumption is 0.12 kW.

VP-2 Extraction System:
The device uses a fan to cool the granules and ensures the necessary air circulation to collect the remains of calibrated raw materials and dust into the tank in the form of bags installed on it. Power is 1.5 kW.

Granulation Line Control Panel:
Compact dimensions and an integrated automated cooling system make the control unit reliable and convenient to install near the production line.
