Pellet / granulation production line MLG-500 COMBI 14 kW

The MLG-500 COMBI Granulation Line is based on the GRAND-200 granulator and is designed for the production of granules with a size of 2 mm to 8 mm from various raw materials. The line can be used for both pellet production and animal feed mixtures for both home and commercial use. The MLG-500 COMBI Granulation Line is equipped with the following equipment:

MTZ-200 Hopper for uniform raw material supply:

This unit consumes 0.75 kW of power, and the raw material supply can be infinitely regulated with a frequency inverter.

Humidification block:

The humidification system consists of an electromagnetic valve, a pump, a 200-liter water tank, and a time relay. The system is connected to a screw feeder so that the required amount of water can be supplied to the granulator on time while the biomass enters the granulator. The power consumption is 0.37 kW.

Reliable GRAND-200 Granulator:

The steel die with a diameter of 216 mm and the rollers compress the raw material into granules during proper operation. The capacity is approximately 100-150 kg/h for pellets and 200-400 kg/h for animal feed mixtures.

BKO-100 Calibrator/Cooler for finished granules:

This device serves to pre-cool the product, as it also heats up during the pressing process. It uses a special drum to remove dust and irregular granules. The power consumption of the device is 0.12 kW.

VP-2 Extraction System:

This device ensures proper air circulation with its fan to cool the granules and collects the calibration remnants and raw material dust in a container in the form of bags placed on top. The power is 1.5 kW.

Granulation Line Control Panel:

Thanks to its compact size and built-in cooling system, the control panel is reliable and easy to install near the production line.

The line can be used as an independent production unit or equipped with additional equipment for a more automated production of pellets and animal feed mixtures.
