Pellet production lines are complete equipment systems for processing organic raw materials, plant waste, and feed mixtures. They convert available materials into fuel pellets or animal feed pellets for internal use or sale. A pellet production line can process hardwood and softwood sawdust, hay, straw, sunflower husks, grain residues, feed mixtures, and selected plastics. Raw-material preparation, moisture content, and particle size affect stable operation and finished pellet quality.

Output and equipment

The range includes systems with power ratings of 11, 14, 25, 40, and 43 kW. Depending on the model, pellet diameters from 2 to 8 mm can be produced.

1. Feed mixtures – up to 700 kg/h.

2. Sawdust and sunflower husks – up to 450 kg/h.

3. Straw and hay – up to 400 kg/h.

4. Grain residues – up to 550 kg/h.

A feed pellet production line may include screw feeding, a mixer, and a moisture-control module. These components support even material flow, maintain suitable moisture, and reduce manual intervention.
