Description MLG-1000 COMBI DUO 96 kW / granulation line

Feed production device based on the Grand-300 granulator,

designed to produce granules with a diameter of 2 to 8 mm from various types of raw materials. This set differs from the MLG-1000 COMBI granulation line in that it is based on 2 granulation presses. In this way, the customer obtains an efficiency equal to 2 lines, i.e., a feed mixture of 1,400 kg/h.

The granulation line is equipped with:

Kraft Hammer Crusher・22: The Kraft grain crusher is designed for grinding grain. The raw material is collected into the KS-2000 mixing hopper and fed automatically. The power of the meat grinder is 22 kW, and the capacity of 2000 kg/h will reach you.

2 KS-2000 feeding mixers: Volume feeding mixers are designed for preparing concentrates used in animal breeding for various groups of animals. The mixing time is 15-20 minutes, depending on the composition of the mixed ingredients and the volume of the mixer. Power 3 kW, Capacity 3700 L each.

MTZ-200 DUO screw feeder: The device consumes 0.75 kW of electricity and has smooth regulation of the raw material feeding speed using a frequency converter.

Humidification system: The main elements of the humidification system are: Electric Valve, Pump, Water tank with a capacity of 200 L, time relay. The system is connected to a feed screw that can add the required amount of moisture while transferring the biomass to the granulator. Power consumption is 0.37 kW.

2 powerful GRAND-300 granulation presses: The main features of the granulator are efficiency, ease of use, and reliability of design in the production of feed from 700 kg/h to 1200 kg/h. The device is equipped with a fixed matrix (according to the customer's request) with holes from 2 to 8 mm and 2 movable shafts with a diameter of 300 mm. All elements are heat treated and checked by the quality control department. The capacity of the granulator is 30 kW, 3000 rpm/min.

Calibrator-cooler for finished granules BKO-200: Since this device is also heated during pressing, it performs the function of pre-cooling the product. In addition, this device uses a special drum to filter dust and uneven granules. Power consumption is 0.12 kW.

VP-4 closed exhaust system: This device uses a fan to cool the granules and circulate the air needed to collect calibrated raw material residues and dust into a container in the form of a package installed in it. Power: 4 kW.

TL-1000 belt conveyor: The TL-1000 belt conveyor is designed for equipment for transporting large-sized finished pellets or for cooling and packaging pellets. It effectively automates the production line, does not take up much space, and the simplicity and reliability of the design allow it to work in various production conditions.

Granulation line control panel: Small size and built-in automatic cooling system make the control panel reliable and convenient to install near the production line.
