Description Granulation Line MLG-1500 DUO 78 kW
The MLG-1500 DUO granulation line from FermX (Austria), based on two GRAND-400 granulators, is designed for the production of granules ranging from 2 mm to 8 mm from various raw materials.
This pelleting line can be used for the production of pellets and compound feed for both domestic and commercial applications.
High productivity is achieved through the simultaneous operation of two GRAND-400 granulators, each equipped with a 37 kW motor, a 400 mm matrix, movable rollers, and a powerful gearbox with belt drive.
Proper operation of the granulators is ensured by the SHTZ-200 twin screw feeder, which has two auger conveyors, each with an individual agitator preventing material from hanging in the hopper.
The separate control of each screw from the control panel allows fine-tuning and maximum performance for both granulators individually.
The BKO-200 calibrator/cooler features a special receiving tray that accepts granules from both granulators simultaneously for screening and pre-cooling.
The built-in dust extraction system (VP-2) removes air and dust from the granulation zone into filter bags and returns clean air to the environment.

Bunker MTZ-200 DUO for uniform raw material feed:
Consumes 1.5 kW; feed rate is smoothly adjustable via frequency converters.
Two reliable GRAND-400 granulators:
Each granulator processes up to 450 kg/h of pellets or 700 kg/h of compound feed — together delivering exceptional output.
Calibrator/Cooler BKO-200:
Performs product cooling and screening of dust and irregular granules using a rotating drum. Power: 0.12 kW.
Closed exhaust system VP-2:
Fan-driven system circulating cooling air and collecting dust in filter bags. Power: 1.5 kW.
Control panel:
One compact automated panel controls both feeders and granulators independently. Built-in cooling ensures stable operation.
The MLG-1500 DUO can process:
Wood waste — up to 900 kg/h
Straw — up to 800 kg/h
Agricultural biomass — up to 1400 kg/h
Seeds — up to 800 kg/h
