Characteristics:

• The hopper capacity has been increased to 1.5 m³ to fully unload compound feed from the mixer in a single cycle. This upgrade ensures continuous operation of the power line.

• The vibration motor, which was previously required to prevent certain raw materials from freezing, has been removed. In the new screw feeder design, the hopper shape and enlarged mixer ensure complete unloading.

• The new screw feeder is compact enough to be transported in light commercial vehicles (e.g., Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Volkswagen Crafter). Many customers can pick up the equipment themselves, eliminating the need for large truck transportation.

• It’s also possible to add a second neck. If the customer decides to expand the line's capacity, adding an additional 1.5 m³ threaded neck and a second granulator is sufficient. The overlay can be easily installed by the customer or with assistance from the manufacturer.

• Models with a 1.5 m³ dosing auger are recommended for use with 22 kW and 37 kW granulators. They are ideal for customers producing pellets in bulk for wholesale.
