The screw conveyor is designed for use in feed and fuel mills within large and medium-sized pelletizing lines. The device is known for its low noise level and energy efficiency.

Key features of the filling auger:

• Reinforced welded tanks with a capacity of 0.6 m³ can be loaded from the top. If needed, the lid can be added or the sides can be raised to expand the capacity to 1 m³.

• The horizontal single-belt agitator inside the tank functions as a mixer for the raw materials, preventing air bubbles from forming. This helps feed and dust flow smoothly through the hopper to the discharge opening.

• The vertical inlet auger is positioned at a 45° angle and features adjustable speed. The discharge velocity is perfectly tailored to the characteristics of the pellet machine. The 0.55 kW motor gearbox also includes a cooling fan.

• Neodymium magnets are used to capture small metal debris and any spilled objects. The smaller the debris, the better the equipment performs, reducing the risk of damage to the roller, casing, and matrix of the pellet machine.

• A frequency converter is included for optimal performance.
