The double-head dosing screw is designed for high-productivity pelletizing lines where two pelletizers operate simultaneously. Fine metering augers can be supplied either as standard equipment or made-to-order by the manufacturer. Double-head screws are available for both domestic and international customers, whether individuals or corporations.

Features of the double-head augers:

• Equipped with two feed ports, it works with two granulators at the same time.

• This configuration requires more space compared to two separate screws, but it simplifies the feeding of the raw material and sawdust mixture and allows control from a single control panel.

• The loading hopper is expanded by 3.0 m³.

• The tanks can be filled with a forklift, eliminating the need for manual loading. This automation minimizes raw material spillage and speeds up the loading process.

• Enhanced tilt block.

• Thanks to the conical shape of the hopper, all raw materials naturally flow to the bottom and onto the agitator, which then directs the materials to the loading auger. The mixer is fitted with two counter-rotating belt agitators that pull all the raw materials to the center of the hopper.
