The KZ MINI is a compact device designed for cleaning, sorting, and precise calibration of grains and seed material. It effectively processes cereals, legumes, oilseeds, and other bulk materials.

By combining a vibrating table with an air separation system, the unit removes dust and light impurities while separating material into fractions based on size and weight. Depending on moisture and contamination levels, it achieves a capacity of up to 300 kg/h.

The calibrator features two electric motors:

• Vibrating table: 110 W

• Air separation system: 150 W

The two-level sieve system ensures accuracy: the upper sieve removes large debris, while the lower sieve handles fine fractions and precise calibration. Its compact design and 220V power supply make it perfect for farms and small-scale processing facilities.
