Description PO-50 Oil Press Working Unit

The working unit of the PO-50 oil expeller is a key component of the PO-50 screw press, designed for extracting oil from oilseeds using the cold-pressing method. Its compact design and processing capacity of up to 6 litres per hourmake it suitable for farms, small oil mills and small-scale oil production.

Operating Principle

The raw material enters the working unit through the feeding system and is then conveyed by the screw into the pressing chamber.

The pressure generated during the process extracts the oil, which flows out through special openings in the cylinder. The remaining solid material, known as oil cake, is discharged through an opening in the die nut.

The die nut allows the pressing process to be adjusted to suit the type of raw material being processed.
