Description Oil Press PO-50 (230/400V)

The PO-50 domestic oil press is designed to extract vegetable oil from a wide range of oilseeds, including sunflower seeds, flaxseed, rapeseed, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and other oil-bearing crops. Thanks to its low energy consumption and compact design, it is suitable for home use and small-scale oil production.

The machine offers an output of up to 6 litres per hour. Its electric motor is controlled by a frequency inverter powered from a standard 220 V single-phase mains supply. The inverter converts the single-phase input into a three-phase output of 3 × 220 V, allowing the three-phase motor to operate from a standard domestic electrical connection and use its rated power effectively.

Oil Pressing Process

1. The raw material is placed in the hopper and passes through a feed valve into the screw mechanism.

2. 

   The screw crushes the seeds and conveys them into the pressing chamber, which consists of a perforated cylinder, a pressure screw shaft, a press cone and an adjustment nut.

3. The solid by-product (oil cake) is discharged through the opening in the die nut, while the extracted oil flows through the perforations in the pressing chamber cylinder.
