The MLG-1500 COMBI granulation line from FermX (Austria) is based on the GRAND-400 granulator and is designed for the production of granules ranging in size from 2 mm to 8 mm from different types of raw materials.
The line can be used for the production of pellets and animal feed for both domestic and commercial use.

The MLG-1500 COMBI granulation line includes:

Bunker MTZ-200 for uniform feeding of raw materials:
This unit consumes 0.75 kW of electricity, and the feed rate can be smoothly adjusted using a frequency converter.

Humidification block:
Includes a solenoid valve, pump, 200 L water tank, and timer. Connected to the feed screw for precise moisture addition. Power consumption: 0.37 kW.

Reliable granulator GRAND-400:
A steel die (Ø400 mm) and rollers compress raw materials into granules.
Capacity: approx. 400–450 kg/h (pellets) and 500–600 kg/h (feed).

Calibrator/Cooler BKO-200 for finished granules:
Pre-cools the product and removes dust and uneven granules using a rotating drum.
Power: 0.12 kW.

Exhaust system VP-2:
Uses a fan (1.5 kW) to circulate cooling air and collect dust in bags.

Control panel:
Compact, automated, with built-in cooling — reliable and easy to install near the production line.

The line can operate independently or be supplemented with additional equipment for automated pellet or feed production.

Optional equipment:

• TL-1000 (belt conveyor) – for feeding and cooling raw materials

• DR-1000 (rotary grinder) – for grinding raw materials

• SA-600 (aerodynamic calibration dryer) – for drying and calibrating materials
