The MLG-1500 COMBI granulation line from FermX (Austria) is based on the GRAND-400 granulator and is designed for the production of granules ranging from 2 mm to 8 mm in size from various raw materials.
The line can be used for producing pellets and animal feed for both domestic and industrial purposes.

The MLG-1500 COMBI granulation line includes:

Screw feeder KSM-600 for uniform raw material supply:
Consumes 0.75 kW; feed rate is smoothly adjustable using a frequency converter.

Humidification block:
Consists of a solenoid valve, pump, 200 L water tank, and timer.
Connected to the feed screw, allowing precise water addition during biomass feeding. Power consumption: 0.37 kW.

Reliable granulator GRAND-400:
Steel matrix Ø400 mm and rollers compress the raw material into granules.
Capacity: approx. 400–450 kg/h (pellets) and 500–600 kg/h (feed).

Calibrator/Cooler BKO-200 for finished granules:
Pre-cools granules after pressing and removes dust and irregular particles via a rotating drum. Power consumption: 0.12 kW.

Exhaust system VP-2:
A fan (1.5 kW) circulates cooling air and collects dust into bags positioned above the system.

Control panel:
Compact, automated, with a built-in cooling system — reliable and easy to install near the production line.

The line can operate independently or be complemented with additional automation for full-scale pellet and feed production.

Optional equipment:

• TL-1000 (belt conveyor): for feeding and cooling raw materials

• DR-1000 (rotary grinder): for grinding raw materials

• SA-600 (aerodynamic calibration dryer): for drying and calibration of raw materials
