Description Stationary Grain Aerator OZ-S
The OZ-S stationary grain aerator is designed for active ventilation, cooling and conditioning of grain and other bulk-stored materials.
Forced airflow through the stored material helps reduce its temperature, minimise the risk of self-heating and maintain suitable storage conditions. This supports crop quality preservation and helps reduce the risk of mould growth and deterioration during storage.
The OZ-S aeration columns are made of galvanised steel and feature perforations with a 3 mm diameter. The design enables active aeration, natural drying and air conditioning of cereals, legumes and other bulk materials.
For fine materials with particle sizes below 3 mm, filter bags can be used to retain fine particles while allowing air to pass through.
The system is designed for convenient installation and flexible use in flat storage facilities, bunkers and silos. Radial fans mounted at the top of the columns can be easily moved between aeration points, allowing the system to be adapted to current storage requirements.
Key Advantages
Active grain ventilation: Forced airflow supports cooling and conditioning of stored materials.
Reduced risk of self-heating: Ventilation helps remove local heat build-up within the grain mass.
Crop quality preservation: Suitable storage conditions help reduce the risk of mould and quality deterioration.
Wide range of applications: Suitable for various cereals, seeds, legumes and other bulk materials.
Easy installation: Designed for use in storage facilities, silos and other agricultural storage buildings.
Flexible operation: Aerators can be positioned according to storage and handling requirements.
Applications
The OZ-S stationary aerator is designed for ventilating and cooling:
Cereals, including wheat and maize.
Oilseeds such as rapeseed, sunflower, soybeans and flax.
Other seeds and legumes.
Seed grain preparation before sowing.
Grain cooling and assistance with drying.
Reducing localised heat build-up and helping limit the risk of mould, fungi and pest development.
The equipment can be used in flat warehouses, silos, grain elevators and farms. Depending on operating conditions, ventilation can also support further drying. Its effectiveness depends on material moisture, air temperature and humidity, and the configuration of the installation.

Power Supply and Control Options
Depending on the configuration, the OZ-S can be equipped with different power supply and control systems:
220 V version: Electric motor with a frequency inverter and a 220 V plug.
380 V version: Electric motor with a magnetic starter and a 380 V plug.
