Description EGK-80/100 Extruder Working Assembly with Pulleys

The EGK-80/100 working unit is a complete module designed for the installation, replacement or modernization of extruders used for grain processing and feed production by extrusion.

The set includes:

• Split screw housing,

• Segmented working screw,

• Forming nut,

• Bearing housing,

• Eccentric dosing mechanism,

• Hopper and pulleys.

The working components are made of hardened steel, which increases their wear resistance and allows for intensive operation.

The eccentric dosing mechanism ensures uniform feeding of the raw material, while the split screw housing provides easy access to the components during servicing. The replaceable forming nut allows the production of two types of extruded sticks.
