Pet food extruder MK-50

Equipment for producing food for dogs, cats, fish, goats, and other animals, including cattle, operates using the extrusion method. The system has been improved with an electric heater that warms the working section to the required temperature and maintains it during operation. This ensures smoother and more efficient operation compared to other extruder designs, where the working section is heated only by the friction of the material or screw against its walls.

Temperature control allows for consistent output and product quality. The raw material undergoes high-temperature heat treatment, ensuring sterilization. The feed extruder comes with various shaping dies (pillow, heart, and ball) to produce different feed shapes. Knives allow control over the size of the final product, from 1 to 20 mm. The extruder also features automatic adjustment of feed speed, which can be modified depending on operational needs.
