This high-tech line is designed for producing high-quality feed for dogs, cats, and fish. The process is based on extrusion technology, ensuring the correct structure, taste, and durability of the finished product.

Process description:
The prepared mixture of raw materials enters the MK-80 extruder, where pellets are formed under the influence of high temperature and pressure. The product is then transported by a conveyor belt with a blowing system into a stainless steel tunnel dryer, where excess moisture is removed.

The next stage is the coating process. In the first drum, an oil coating (oils, fats) is applied, and in the second drum, dry aromatic and flavoring additives are evenly added. The adjustable rotation speed of the drums and the tilt angle allow the process to be optimized according to the recipe. The finished pellets pass through a vibrating table to remove fine fractions, followed by additional drying to set the coating.

The final stage includes cooling in the BO-600 hopper with a dosing and packaging function in polyethylene bags. The VP-2 aspiration system ensures hygienic working conditions, while the ZM-500 sealer seals the bags, preparing the product for storage and sale.

The line allows for the production of pellets in various shapes – the extruder is equipped with round, heart-shaped, and triangle-shaped matrices; additional shapes can be ordered separately. Pellet size is controlled by trimming knives, and the feeding speed can be adjusted based on needs.

Main raw ingredients: meat and bone meal (the primary ingredient), with smaller amounts of corn and wheat flour. Other ingredients can be added according to the custom recipe.
