Features of the 37 kW pellet machine:

• Engineers introduced a number of innovations to the base model to improve the performance, reliability and efficiency of the pellet mill.

These include the following:

• Durable gear with teeth, high gear ratio and high torque. Improved hypoid gear with tooth modulus 10 and high bending strength. Czech ZKL tapered roller bearings with the smallest bore diameter, eliminating radial and axial play.

3-roll clamping mechanism

• It reduces stress on molds and rollers and increases the supply of consumables.
• 37 kW conical pressure rollers for granulators

Protection of rolling bearings against ingress of raw material

• ZKL products are complemented by machined labyrinths and rubber bushings. This allows the rollers to last longer and require less maintenance.

Bearings with brass cages:

• They support the axial load in the crusher housing. This means that the machine can be used around the clock without the risk of rapid damage.

Oil cooling system

• Prevents overheating of critical components. This reduces the risk of rapid gear wear and gearbox failure. At the same time, the risk of overheating the raw material is reduced.
