The SA-800 combined drying unit, with a capacity of up to 800 kg/h, is designed for drying small wood waste such as sawdust, microchips, log residues, and shavings in a hot air stream.
The SA-800 is made of high-quality steel, ensuring long-term operation without the risk of burning through the air duct walls. It can be used as a stand-alone drying unit.

The unit is built as modular sections, making installation and transportation convenient. The air-heating source is a solid-fuel furnace lined with refractory chamotte bricks, which must be installed inside the furnace during assembly.
The dryer can also be used together with the COMBI-1000 DUO pellet production system.

A key feature distinguishing this model from similar dryers is the precision loading auger, which allows the operator to maintain continuous operation without disrupting the production line.
The sieving mechanism is equipped with a vibration motor for stable performance and is mounted on anti-vibration supports, preventing unwanted movement during feeding.

The raw material is evenly distributed across the sieve. Under high-frequency vibration, particles pass through the mesh into the main hopper, while oversized fractions slide off due to the inclined design.
The screw conveyor can be connected to a frequency converter to regulate motor speed, allowing flexible adjustment of feed rate according to customer requirements.
