The GRAND-300 Pellet Mill / Feed & Biomass Granulator by FermX (Austria) is a reliable and high-performance machine designed for the production of animal feed pellets and biomass fuel pellets.

The GRAND-300 pellet production machine is equipped with a 22 kW motor and two movable rollers Ø148 mm, ensuring highly efficient granulation of various raw materials.

The construction guarantees durability, stable performance even under heavy load, and simple operation and maintenance.

The GRAND-300 biomass granulator with a 300 mm die efficiently processes different types of biomass, including hardwood and softwood sawdust, straw, hay, grasses, sunflower husk, grain waste, feed mixtures, and selected plastics (such as PVC and PP).

Movable rollers allow efficient processing of harder and more demanding materials, making the GRAND-300 a universal and highly reliable machine for pellet and compound feed production.

Application

The GRAND-300 granulator is a well-engineered technological solution for farmers, livestock producers, sawmills, woodworking companies, and small to medium biofuel enterprises.

High productivity and powerful drive allow professional biomass pellet production as well as feed granulation.

A 1500 rpm motor drives the rollers via gearbox and shaft. The rollers press raw material into the die openings. The machine is equipped with a double-sided die made of hardened alloy steel with hole diameters from 2 to 8 mm.
