The EGK-200 PTO Soybean and Grain Extruder is an efficient and mobile machine designed for the thermomechanical processing of soybeans, grains, and other plant-based raw materials using hot extrusion technology. Its tractor power take-off (PTO) drive provides independence from the electrical grid and allows the machine to operate directly on the farm.

The machine enables the production of high-quality feed components for cattle, pigs, goats, fish, and other farm animals. It is particularly well suited for soybean processing, where extrusion improves the technological properties and digestibility of the raw material.

Operating Principle

During the extrusion process, the raw material is simultaneously ground, compressed, and heated under high pressure. Processing takes place at a temperature of approximately 120–180°C. After passing through the forming element, the pressure drops rapidly, causing the material to expand and develop a lightweight, porous structure.

The extrusion process improves the digestibility of starch and other nutrients while reducing the presence of undesirable microorganisms and anti-nutritional factors, which is particularly important when processing soybeans.
