Description

The Grand-200 Pelletizer / Granulator by FermX (Austria) is a compact and high-performance machine designed for producing both animal feed pellets and fuel pellets.

The Grand-200 pellet production machine is equipped with an 11 kW motor and movable rollers that ensure highly efficient granulation of various raw materials.

The construction guarantees durability, stable power even under heavy load, as well as easy operation and maintenance.

The Grand-200 biomass granulator with a 216 mm die efficiently processes different types of biomass, including hardwood and softwood sawdust, straw, hay, sunflower husk, grain waste, feed mixtures, and selected polymers (such as PVC and PP).

Thanks to movable rollers, the machine can also process harder and more demanding materials, making the Grand-200 pellet and feed granulator a universal and extremely durable solution.

Application

The Grand-200 granulator is an ideal solution for farmers, livestock producers, sawmills, and small to medium biomass processing companies.

Thanks to high productivity and a powerful motor, it is perfectly suited for both feed production and fuel pellet manufacturing.

A 1500 rpm motor drives the rollers through a gearbox and shaft. The rollers press raw material through the die openings. The granulator is equipped with a double-sided die made of hardened alloy steel with hole diameters from 2 to 8 mm.
