Description — FermX OPG-150 Feed Pellet Machine
The FermX OPG-150 feed pellet machine is a compact and reliable solution designed for the production of pelleted feed for agricultural animals in Austria. The machine combines durable construction with stable performance, making it suitable for both small farms and private agricultural operations.
The FermX OPG-150 pellet press is equipped with a powerful 4 kW motor, a 150 mm diameter die, and two movable rollers. The precise interaction of these components ensures efficient and uniform granulation of various feed raw materials. Thanks to its simple mechanical design and robust construction, the machine guarantees long service life and stable operation even under continuous workload.
Production Capacity
The FermX OPG-150 allows efficient processing of different materials with the following productivity:
feed mixtures — up to 100 kg per hour
fuel pellets — up to 50 kg per hour

The Ø150 mm die with selectable hole diameters from 2 to 8 mm allows pellet size adjustment depending on animal requirements. The machine is highly versatile and processes loose and mixed feed, hay, straw, sunflower husk, and grass materials. Maintenance is simple due to quick die replacement and easy servicing. An adjustable cutting knife allows pellet length regulation within a range of 2–10 mm, ensuring operational flexibility and safety.
