After dozens of hours of testing, innovative implementations, and experiments, we are ready to present you with a granulator with a capacity of 240 kilograms per hour of finished pellets. Thanks to a powerful 15 kW engine and 148 mm diameter rollers, the GRAND-200 PRO consistently shows a capacity of 240 kg/h. The die installed on the granulator has a diameter of 216 mm. The granulator set includes one die as standard, with the hole size selected by the buyer. Pellet options with diameters of 2 mm and 8 mm of different thicknesses are available (depending on the raw material).

Thanks to the powerful engine mounted on the granulator and the movable rollers, the GRAND-200 PRO can press not only coniferous sawdust but also hardwood. Pine sawdust is most commonly used for the production of heating pellets, as it contains a high percentage of lignin, which significantly facilitates the pressing process. In hardwood species, lignin is practically absent, but the GRAND-200 PRO generates significant pressure, allowing the pressing of hardwood sawdust. Additionally, the GRAND-200 PRO granulator can granulate sunflower husks and various types of straw. To do this, simply stock up on a few dies: for feed and pellets.
