The drum calibrator is designed for separation of raw materials by particle size, separating larger parts from a smaller homogeneous mass. It is used in construction, mining, and woodworking industries.

The screen consists of a welded frame on which a round drum screen is installed, a drive chain mechanism, a motor-reducer, and a feeding auger with a hopper.

The rotation and slight inclination of the drum cause various bulk materials (e.g., sand, crushed stone, coal, peat, sawdust, etc.) to move through the sieve and be calibrated. As the drum rotates, smaller fractions pass through the holes, and larger fractions fall into the dump.

Installation features:

• Screw drive - motor reducer 5.5 kW.

• The drive of the calibrator drum is a 5.5 kW motor-reducer.

• Screening of a large fraction of the material.

• High reliability.

• The volume of the hopper is 3.5 cubic meters (for 2 full, enlarged Manitou buckets).

• Sawdust productivity: 28 cubic meters per hour.
