The FC-125+ weighing dispenser with a vibrating feeder is designed for weighing and loading dust-free bulk products into ready-made containers or packaging (bags, sacks, boxes). It works in a semi-automatic mode, requiring the operator to install the container, give the command to start dosing, and accept the filled container.
This dispenser is perfect for packing bulk materials like pellets and animal feed. Thanks to the strong adhesion of the polyurethane belt to the product, the feeder of this dispenser can efficiently and accurately transfer the product from the hopper.
How it works:
The operator starts the packing process by pressing the "Start" button on the control panel. The machine begins weighing the first portion. The empty bag is placed under the funnel, and the weighed portion is dispensed into the bag by pressing the pedal. Once the portion is finished, the machine begins weighing the next portion. The control system counts the packed portions and displays their number on the LED display.
