The Crusher-700 diesel is used for crushing twigs, battens, knots, and other wood into commercial-sized chips ranging from 5 to 45 mm, which can be used for further pellet production. The grinder has a loading entrance of 210 mm wideand 160 mm high. The performance of the grinder is up to 10 m³/h, but its performance directly depends on the quality of the raw material preparation and the number of personnel involved in the work.

This model is equipped with a hydraulic shaft tightening system, which greatly facilitates the processing of wood of different diameters and lengths. It should be noted that our wood chipper is equipped with two feed rollers, hydraulically driven by an internal pump, which can be stopped and reversed. Additionally, the wood chipper features a speed controller for the pinch rollers, an oil filter, and a pressure gauge that indicates the need to replace the filter.

The Crusher-700 can also change the direction of the chip flow by 360 degrees. Upon customer request, an unloading hopper increased to 2.5 m can be manufactured. 9XC tool steel is used for the manufacture of knives in the chipping machine. The Crusher-700 is driven by a 30 HP / 1000 rpm diesel engine. It is also possible to manufacture this crusher from PTO (from 50 hp); the hydraulic drive for PTO versions is integrated into the hydraulic system of the tractor. One of the main advantages of our shredder, compared to many competitors, is the belt drive, which provides two main advantages:

1. It protects the wood chipper from wedges (metal, stones, etc.) that could cause the belt to slip.

2. Competitors set their wood chippers at 1000 rpm in a straight line, while we set the motor at 3000 rpm and slow it down to 1000 rpm on the pulleys. By slowing it down from 3000 rpm to 1000 rpm, we increase the power (gearbox principle) applied to the chopper blade. The power applied to the chopping blade increases as it slows down.

3. We use steel rotor bearings, unlike competitors who use simple sulmine bearings.
