The GARMET 150 screw press is designed for cold pressing of raw materials for oil production. The capacity of the machine can reach 120-150 kg/h. The raw material can be linseed, sesame, nigella, sunflower, soybean, and many other oilseeds.

Oil Production Process:

• The raw material is placed in the hopper and passed through the gate to the auger.

• The auger crushes the seeds and transfers them to the pressing chamber, which consists of a perforated cylinder, a pressurized auger shaft, a pressure cone, and an adjustment nut.

• Waste is discharged through a groove in the nut and oil is discharged through a hole in the cylinder chamber.

Advantages of Cold Pressed Sunflower Oil:

• Vitamins, fatty acids, substances containing phosphorus, and other biologically active ingredients.

• Pleasant smell and taste.

• Long shelf life. Unlike hot pressing, ready-to-use oil does not cloud over time and does not have a rancid taste.

• Cold pressing leaves usable residues that can be fed to farm animals, poultry, and fish for further processing.
