The oil press is designed to extract high-quality oils from oilseeds. Its design, equipped with a pressing screw and a chamber with sieve elements, ensures effective separation of oil from pomace, while maintaining the purity of the final product.

Principle of Operation:

The oil pressing process in this machine is optimized thanks to its well-thought-out design:

• The raw material is fed into the hopper. Then the seeds are directed to the pressing screw using a slide mechanism.

• The screw, mounted on the shaft, crushes the seeds and moves them to the pressing chamber. The design of the screw gradually increases the pressure on the material as it moves through the machine.

• The pressing chamber consists of a screw shaft, a cylinder with holes (sieve elements), a cone, and an adjustable nut. The sieve elements have steel strips with precisely calibrated gaps that allow the oil to flow while retaining solid particles.

• Oil, extracted under high pressure, passes through the slots in the sieve elements and flows into the tank below the press.

• The expeller (residue) is discharged through a hole in the sleeve. The diameter of this hole can be adjusted using a conical mechanism, which allows control of the oil content in the expeller.

• Special adjustment screws allow fine-tuning of the pressing parameters depending on the type of raw material and the desired cake quality.
