Description Screw Conveyor MTZ-200 PRO
The MTZ-200 PRO screw conveyor by FermX ensures an uninterrupted and continuous supply of raw material to granulators and other machines.
The key improvement compared to the previous MTZ-200 model is the larger loading hopper with a capacity of 1 m³. The screw conveyor can be connected to a frequency converter, allowing precise control of the motor speed and enabling adjustment of the raw material feeding rate according to specific production needs.
The device consists of a support pipe with an internal screw and a tank equipped with a raw material mixer. The MTZ-200 PRO screw conveyor is also part of the MLG 1000 COMBI PRO and MLG 1500 COMBI PRO production lines for pellets and feed.
Additionally, the conveyor is equipped with neodymium magnets that remove metal particles from the raw material.
