The KSM-600 precision loading auger continuously supplies material to pellet presses and other machinery without any issues. The hopper of this auger has a capacity of 0.6 m³. Equipped with a frequency converter, the screw conveyor allows for motor speed adjustments, providing flexibility in controlling the material feed rate to suit specific needs. In addition, the auger is designed for sieving (calibrating) the material before it is fed into the granulator. The sieving mechanism features a vibration motor for easy control and is mounted on a vibration-damping base to reduce unnecessary movements during raw material feeding. The raw materials are placed onto the sieve, and through high-frequency vibrations, the material passes through the mesh, sifting effectively into the main hopper. Particles larger than the mesh size are rejected and separated by an inclined mechanism. The KSM-600 screw conveyor is an essential component for pellet and compound feed production and can also serve as an additional unit in the SA-600 aerodynamic drying system.
