Ecopress impact presses are designed for the production of fuel briquettes from soft and hard sawdust of coniferous trees, sunflower seed husks, and shredded plant waste (straw, grain, rapeseed, and flax). The main requirements are a moisture content of 9-12% and a grain size of 0.5-5 mm for the pressed material. Pressing takes place under high pressure without the use of binders. Experience and advanced technology have enabled us to achieve a capacity of up to 250-350 kg/h.

Simple and reliable equipment:

• No carbon monoxide is produced during briquetting, and the machine can operate without exhaust.

• Economical operation: briquettes are produced without forced heating, so no electricity is wasted.

• Designed for a long service life without the need to replace wearing parts; replacement is quick and easy.

• Briquettes have twice the calorific value, making them economical.
