The EcoPress-DUO + SA-800 briquetting line is intended for the production of fuel briquettes from soft and hard coniferous sawdust, sunflower seed husks, and crushed plant waste (straw, grain, rapeseed, and flax waste). The main requirements are a moisture content of 9-12% and a grain size of 0.5-5 mm for the crushed material. Pressing is done under high pressure without the use of binders. Experience and the best technical solutions allowed us to achieve throughput of up to 500-700 kg/h.

Simple and reliable equipment:

• Impact presses: can operate without extraction because no carbon monoxide is produced during the briquetting process.
