Description Groats mill EXTRA-500 |feed production
The “Extra-500” groats mill is designed for the efficient processing of wheat, barley, corn, and peas, ensuring high quality of the finished groats without the need for prior grain preparation.

Principle of operation
Grain fed into the hopper is crushed into particles no larger than the holes in the installed sieve (3 mm for wheat and barley, 5 mm for corn). After crushing, the flour is separated on a vibrating sieve. Husk separation occurs through an aspiration channel immediately after flour separation. Then the cleaned groats are divided into fractions by size on a double-sieve vibrating screen.
Unique construction features
Cost-effectiveness: Significant reduction in equipment costs compared to typical market alternatives.
Ease of maintenance: Does not require specialized staff training thanks to its intuitive design and fast technical support possibilities.
Self-repair capability: Minimizes maintenance costs by allowing repairs to be performed even in a small workshop without expensive equipment.
Versatility: Capable of processing grain without prior hull removal, reducing time and costs for raw material preparation.
Special features
Real-time work monitoring: Ability to monitor the operating current of the grinder motor to prevent overload and optimize power usage.
Flexible connection options: Can be connected to a 220 V power network, making it convenient for use in various environments.
Aspiration control: Real-time aspiration monitoring system prevents groats from being carried into the cyclone with waste.
Adjustable process: The degree of grain crushing and the process of obtaining the finished product are adjusted by the hole sizes in the interchangeable sieves inside the sieve cylinder.
