Description Groats Mill EXTRA-1000 | Feed Production
The Groats mill EXTRA-1000 is a modern machine designed for the industrial processing of grains such as wheat, barley, corn, and peas. It enables efficient and cost-effective production of grits of various fractions—without the need for pre-cleaning or dehulling of the grain.
Key advantages:
Multifunctionality – Processes grains without the need to remove the outer husk (e.g. in wheat), saving time and reducing preparation costs.
High product quality – Delivers grits that meet current quality standards.
Self-sufficiency and savings – Easy to operate and can be serviced even in small workshops without specialized equipment.
Work flexibility – Interchangeable sieves allow adjustment of the grinding degree and grain size.
Process control – Monitoring of motor load and efficient aspiration systems prevent overloading and product loss.
Easy transport – Detachable components (hopper and cyclone) make transportation and installation more convenient.
Technological process:
Grain enters the hopper and is ground to the size of the sieve openings (standard: 3 mm for wheat and barley, 5 mm for corn).
Flour is separated on a vibrating screen.
Cleaned grits pass through the aspiration channel, where the husk is removed.
The finished product is sorted into 3 fractions using a two-level vibrating screen.
Capacity:
Wheat, peas – up to 950 kg/h
Barley – up to 690 kg/h
Corn – up to 990 kg/h
Average grits yield from raw material:
Wheat – up to 80%
Barley – up to 63%
Corn – up to 74%
Technical specifications:
