We offer a 7.5 kW sawdust granulator. This is a mini version of the granulator that can process both pure sawdust and various mixtures.

A 7.5 kW sawdust granulator designed for small farms producing fuel pellets for their own needs can be purchased from the manufacturer with delivery throughout the country and other countries.

Advantages of 7.5 kW pellets:

● Sawdust is difficult to process, so the basic structure had to be changed.

● Use of a reliable high-torque hypoid gearbox:
Thanks to this, low-power motors cope well with clean sawdust.

● Setting the engine speed to 1000 rpm:
Lower speed allows for more efficient processing of light bulk materials (sawdust, straw, hay).

● Matrix:
It is recommended to produce fuel pellets with a diameter of 6 or 8 mm – this is the standard size suitable for pellet boilers.
Depending on the type of processed material (pine, oak, soy waste) and its share (wood chips, sawdust, dust), the matrix parameters vary.

● For the granulator to work efficiently for a long time, the raw material must be fed evenly and accurately.
