GMK-200 Pellet Mill — Description
The GMK-200 pellet mill is a powerful and reliable machine designed for the production of feed pellets and fuel pellets, suitable for both agricultural farms and semi-industrial applications. Thanks to its high power and a 205 mm diameter die, the machine efficiently processes various bulk feed mixtures, grain, hay, sunflower husk, and other raw materials into high-quality pellets.
The pellet length can be adjusted by changing the position of the cutting knives, while the selectable die hole diameter (from 2 to 8 mm) allows production of pellets suitable for different types of animals.
The machine enables feed production for a wide range of farm animals: chickens, laying hens, broilers, rabbits, pigs, cattle, horses, fish, and other livestock. Pelleted feed ensures balanced nutrition — for example, rabbit feed pellets may consist of grains, meal, hay, grass flour, coccidiostats, and vitamin-mineral additives.

Application of GMK-200
The GMK-200 pellet mill is ideal for producing granulated animal feed and fuel pellets. Due to its high power, adjustable pellet length, and interchangeable dies, the machine is suitable for both private households and professional farming operations. It processes a wide variety of raw materials and allows pellet production to be adapted to individual user requirements.
A 1500 rpm electric motor drives the die through belts and a shaft system. Press rollers force the material through die holes to form pellets. The pellet mill is equipped with a double-sided die made of high-alloy hardened steel with hole diameters available from 2 to 8 mm.
