Thanks to its powerful motor and 205 mm die, the machine efficiently processes various bulk feed mixtures and plant-based raw materials into dense, uniform pellets.

The GKM-200 is suitable for pelletizing:

Applications

The GKM-200 pellet mill is designed for producing granulated animal feed and fuel pellets. Due to its powerful motor, adjustable pellet length, and interchangeable dies, it is suitable for private households, small and medium-sized farms, and professional livestock operations.

The machine processes a wide range of raw materials and allows pellet parameters to be adapted to specific animal feed requirements or heating applications.

A 1,500 rpm electric motor drives the die through a belt transmission and shaft. The press rollers force the prepared material through the die openings, forming dense and uniform pellets.

The pellet mill is equipped with a double-sided die made of hardened high-alloy steel. Available die hole diameters range from 2 to 8 mm.
