The FermX GMK-150 pellet machine is a high-performance and technologically advanced solution designed for the production of animal feed and fuel pellets in Austria. The machine allows granulation of a wide range of raw materials including crushed grain, grain processing by-products, millet, corn, sunflower husk, straw, and hay. The FermX GMK-150 enables the production of pelleted feed suitable for poultry such as chickens, broilers, and quails, as well as rabbits, pigs, cattle, horses, fish, and other agricultural animals.

Operating Principle
A motor operating at 1500 rpm drives the die through belt pulleys and shaft transmission. Rollers pressed against the die force the material through die openings to form pellets. The machine is equipped with a double-sided die made of high-alloy hardened steel with selectable hole diameters from 2 to 8 mm.

Roller diameter (400 V version) is 82 mm with roller width of 43 mm, while the 230 V version features a roller width of 25 mm with the same 82 mm diameter. Die diameter is 150 mm.
