Description EGK-150/200 Extruder Working Assembly with Pulleys

The EGK-150/200 working unit with pulleys is a complete module designed for the installation, replacement or modernization of EGK-150 and EGK-200 extruders used for grain processing and feed production by extrusion.

The set includes:

• Split screw housing,

• Segmented working screw,

• Forming nut,

• Bearing housing,

• Eccentric dosing mechanism,

• Hopper and pulleys.

The working components are made of hardened steel, which increases their wear resistance and supports long-term operation. The eccentric dosing mechanism ensures uniform feeding of the raw material, while the split screw housing facilitates servicing.

The replaceable forming nut allows the production of two types of extruded sticks, making it possible to adjust the product shape to specific production requirements.
