Description BIZON-300 Jaw Crusher Working Module
BIZON-300 Jaw Crusher Working Module
The BIZON-300 working module is the core component of a jaw crusher – a self-contained crushing unit designed for integration into a custom-made machine. It’s the perfect solution for companies, workshops, and manufacturers seeking to build their own mobile or stationary crushing system, combining high performance with low operating costs.
Applications:
Designed for crushing bricks, concrete, stone, granite, ceramics, glass, and plastics with a compressive strength of ≤ 320 MPa. Widely used in construction, recycling, mining, aggregate production, and the chemical industry.
Advantages of the module:
Increased productivity – larger feed opening (300 × 200 mm) allows processing of bigger material fractions
Durable construction – made from wear-resistant materials
Drive flexibility – compatible with electric motors (5.5–7.5 kW) or gasoline engines (13 HP)
Low maintenance – easy belt replacement and simple servicing
Compact size – allows easy transport and integration into custom machine designs
Technical specifications:
Feed opening size: 300 × 200 mm
Electric motor: 5.5 – 7.5 kW
Gasoline engine: 13 HP
Working principle:
The BIZON-300 module operates by mechanically crushing material between a fixed and a moving jaw. The moving jaw follows an elliptical trajectory, powered by an eccentric shaft. As the moving jaw approaches the fixed one, the material is compressed and crushed. Once broken down, the material descends through the crushing chamber until it is small enough to exit through the discharge opening. The final particle size can be adjusted by changing the gap between the jaws.
The BIZON-300 working module is a powerful, reliable, and versatile solution for professionals seeking a high-performance crushing unit for custom builds. With a larger feed opening and stronger motors, it is ideal for heavy-duty use in both stationary and mobile setups.
