The BIZON-300 jaw crusher is a compact and high-performance machine designed for crushing minerals and construction waste in industrial and semi-industrial applications. Operating Principle

The unit is powered by either a gasoline or an electric engine, depending on customer preference. The movable jaw moves up and down by means of an eccentric shaft. When the jaw moves downward, the angle and distance between the fixed and movable plates decrease, resulting in material crushing. When the jaw moves upward, the discharge opening increases, and the crushed material leaves the crushing chamber under the action of springs. This design ensures efficient and uniform crushing while maintaining stable machine operation.
