The KR-200 is designed for debarking logs — an essential process that improves the quality of wood processing.

By removing the bark together with sand and other inclusions that may accumulate during harvesting and transportation, the machine helps

This reduces tool wear and lowers saw power consumption.

The sawing process becomes cleaner, which directly improves the quality of the lumber. In addition, the machine reduces log slippage

on the feed rollers, increasing the productivity of sawmill frames.

The KR-200 is widely used for preparing logs for sawing, as well as in the production of fuel pellets and briquettes.

The KR-200 is equipped with adjustable knives, allowing the cutting depth or chip thickness to be smoothly adjusted depending on the type of wood.

The forward movement speed of the log relative to the knife disc can also be smoothly adjusted according to the cutting depth, log surface cleanliness, and required processing speed.

The machine includes adjustable retractable log supports on both the input and output sides, a removable table for supporting the log during loading,

and a pedal for lifting the log clamping mechanism. Sawdust is removed by an integrated fan, which ejects the waste up to 4 meters away from the machine.

By adjusting key parameters such as cutting depth and log movement speed relative to the cutter, the quality of log processing can be controlled according to specific requirements.
