1. Flexible Spring Conveyor PS-6
The PS-6 flexible spring conveyor, 6 meters in length and equipped with spiral speed control via an inverter (frequency converter), is a reliable, economical, and convenient solution for feeding raw materials directly into the KZ-500 calibrator. Designed to streamline the process of feeding bulk-stored material, it significantly reduces operator workload and truck downtime. Thanks to its flexible structure and adjustable throughput, the PS-6 conveyor ensures smooth and controlled material flow for further processing. If the raw material is stored in containers and loaded using a loader, the PS-6 can be optionally equipped with a hopper with a capacity ranging from 140 to 2500 liters, increasing its versatility and adaptability to various operational conditions.
2. KZ-500 Seed Calibrator
The KZ-500 Seed Calibrator is a reliable device designed for sorting and cleaning raw materials. The process involves transporting seeds into the calibrator’s hopper using a flexible conveyor. The calibrator's design includes three interchangeable sieves with different hole diameters, allowing precise adaptation for various seed types. This enables the effective separation of larger seeds, suitable for use as sowing material or for sale in a higher quality category. The calibrator removes impurities collected during harvesting, such as stones, soil, sand, stalks, metal fragments, and dust.
3. TL-500 Belt Conveyor
The TL-500 Belt Conveyor, 3 meters long, provides smooth and economical transportation of cleaned raw materials to the next processing stage, such as the hulling machine. Its design allows material to be fed to a height of approximately 1.8 meters, essential for the efficient operation of the entire system. Additionally, the conveyor prevents raw material spillage, minimizing losses and ensuring cleanliness in the workplace.
4. LS-500 Sunflower Seed Huller
The LS-500 Seed Huller is a key component of the set, designed for the effective removal of husks from sunflower and soybean seeds. By utilizing a vibrating sieve system and reciprocating motion, the device precisely separates husks while simultaneously cleaning the seeds. The built-in air extraction system provides additional fraction separation, improving the final raw material quality.
5. VP-4 Dust Extraction System
The VP-4 Dust Extraction System is designed to minimize dust and remove light contaminants. It consists of a high-power fan, a set of filter bags, and flexible dust extraction pipes. The system effectively collects dust and husks generated during calibration and hulling, improving working conditions and cleanliness. Moreover, these residues can be granulated and transformed into high-value sunflower fuel pellets, which are in high demand in the renewable energy market.
6. TLK-2 Belt Conveyor with Calibrator
The TLK-2 Belt Conveyor is responsible for further transporting seeds after the cleaning and hulling process. Its purpose is to move the processed raw material to the next stages of production or storage.
7. Bag Holding System
